Weekly Classes

Why not drop in to one of our weekly classes to learn more about meditation and how we can benefit in our daily life from an understanding of Buddha’s teachings.

We have both daytime and evening classes in many different areas of Manchester.  For more details of our venues and dates see the ‘Classes’ tab on the menu at the top of this page.

All of our classes are drop in and self-contained.  Although we show a four week schedule you can turn up at anytime and benefit from an introduction to meditation and Buddhism.

You do not need to book for these classes.

Class costs are: £2 for lunchtime class, £4 (£3 conc.) for one hour class, £6 (£4 conc.) for 1.5 hour class.

Please note: concession is for unwaged, students and oap’s.



Dealing with Anxiety

A Meditation Workshop

Saturday 11 October, 10am – 1pm

Cost: £14 (£10 conc.)

Anxiety and stress are an increasingly common problem for people in our busy, modern world. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying life.

Learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry, and enjoy a more balanced and happy life.

Each session is 1 hr long and consists of guided meditation, a talk and discussion.  There is a break in the middle for continental brunch.
