Each week is self-contained and drop-in. The class consists of guided meditation, a talk, discussion and refreshments.
These weekly Buddhist meditation classes are a perfect introduction to meditation techniques and Buddhist thought.

Simply Meditate
This four week course will give us the basic meditation techniques that we need to begin a daily meditation practice. Through meditation we reduce stress and gain a lasting experience of inner calm and happiness that we can rely on in all situations.

Tackling Life’s Problems
In this course we will gain a clear understanding of what our real problems are and where they are coming from. Through the practice of Buddha’s teachings we can start to abandon the causes of suffering and cultivate the causes of happiness, this is the real way to solve our daily problems and transform all of our experiences into positive ones.
